Customer Service Representative and Sales

The Rustman Agency is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative and Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service while also driving sales efforts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities and promote our offerings to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promote and upsell The Rustman Agency’s services to meet sales goals.
• Process orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and updates to assist customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable.
