Make your mark with Nextracker.</span></p><p> </p><p><span><span>We are seeking an experienced global supply chain leader to serve as Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Global Inventory Planning & Warehousing Operations. This strategic role will define, implement, and oversee Nextracker’s enterprise-wide inventory planning and global warehousing operations strategy, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and process consistency across all regions. This position, based in Spain, will report to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain – Global Supply Chain Operations.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>As a key member of the Global Supply Chain leadership team, this leader will establish the company’s global inventory policy and strategy, design and implement mathematical and algorithmic inventory models, lead the optimization of the global warehousing network (in collaboration with the Sourcing team), and lead a distributed global team responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right locations, at the right time, and at the right cost. This position should have experience in the solar industry as well as in project execution with the EPC/Construction industry, great leadership and communication ability, as well as possessing a strategic, analytical mind.</span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>This position will be part of the Supply Chain Operations team and will partner closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, Project Operations, Sales, Human Resources, Asset Management, Business Units and Business Systems to synchronize supply chain inventory and warehousing operations and support Nextracker’s global business growth.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span>We are looking for someone who demonstrates:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Passionate drive to innovate and create</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrity to the core</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enthusiastic customer focus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Consistent interactive teamwork</span></p></li><li><p><span>Desire for continuous improvement and top performance</span></p></li></ul><p> </p><p><span>Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…</span></p><p> </p><p><span><b><span>Global Inventory Strategy & Planning</span></b></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Define, own, and continuously improve Nextracker’s enterprise global inventory policy and strategy, including governance, standards, and accountability mechanisms.</span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Lead the global inventory planning function for both ongoing project fulfillment and aftermarket/warranty operations.</span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Lead the global and regional minimum/maximum (min/max) and safety stock levels – in alignment with Regional Supply Chain leaders – and ensure regional execution.</span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Develop and institutionalize mathematical and algorithmic models for demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization across global, regional, and business levels.</span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Analyze forecasts and part-level demand to secure adequate supply commitments while meeting Sourcing minimum volume requirements.</span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Plan and manage a complex global inventory base, applying industry best practices to create replenishment levels that balance working capital and service-level targets.</span></span></p><p><span>·</span><span><span> </span> </span><span><span>Lead and ensure tim
