About the Role:
Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to shape talent strategies in a growing international business? This role focuses on managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, with a primary emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development for the EEMA region. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives, partnering with business leaders to deliver HR excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead regional recruitment projects for key roles in the EEMA region.
- Support and guide local HR teams on recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Optimize recruitment channels by assessing effectiveness and implementing improvement plans.
- Maintain consistency in global recruitment processes and use of the global recruitment system.
Learning & Development
- Drive the annual performance review process, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify and address training needs through internal or external resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to organize peer learning sessions and professional training opportunities.
- Act as the HR Business Partner for EEMA countries, supporting a broad range of HR functions.
General HR Support
- Support employees with HR-related inquiries, including leave administration and policy questions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support new hire check-ins.
- Contribute to special HR projects, including HRIS audits, process automation, and data analysis.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on key HR metrics, including employee experience, hiring success, attrition, and exit interviews.
- Deliver actionable insights to enhance HR processes and support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or HR generalist experience in multi-national company
- Successful history of partnering with senior leadership on assigned HR deliverables
- Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels
- Experience with managing projects and deadlines
- Experience collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing relevant sets of data
- Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Native German language, fluent in both spoken and written English, second fluent European language is preferred.
