Overview

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.

Contributions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis:
    • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
    • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist in creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
    • Support in developing business cases and conducting impact assessments.
 
  • Scrum Master Duties:
    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Encourage and support Agile best practices and team collaboration.
    • Track sprint progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
 
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Communicate requirements and changes effectively to the development team.
    • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis or as a Scrum Master (or relevant internship experience).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and business analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in software development or IT projects.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis.
