The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic clients demonstrated by your ability to understand our clients’ needs and requirements, aligning them with our best in cloud solutions to achieve their goals. The engagement lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work which will help lead to adjacent opportunities in different functions, business units, and/or regions within an enterprise ecosystem.</p> <p><strong>Ideal candidates will be able to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients&nbsp;</li> <li>Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements</li> <li>Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives</li> <li>Understand their business processes and advise on best-practices where applicable</li> <li>Lead multi-faceted internal teams, balancing SR’s resources to maximize impact to the customer while still focusing on their professional development and career progression</li> <li>Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner</li> <li>Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams</li> <li>Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust</li> <li>Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships</li> <li>Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an engagement/project manager&nbsp;in te
