The Opportunity:
The Order Management Contract QC Specialist is the first step in the Order Management process. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the setup of signed customer contracts for accuracy before deals are closed in ACA’s Sales CRM (Salesforce.com.) This role will review contract details including pricing, deliverables, legal and billing terms before a deal is Won to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing. This role is a vital link between Sales Teams, Operations, Delivery, Billing and Revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor the Order Management queue/email for any contracts that have been executed by customers and require validation.
- Review all signed contracts for mandatory required elements and ensure alignment between signed document and salesforce.com details.
- Validate contracts have been approved for any non-standard information or terms.
- Review contracts for completeness.
- Validate contract discounts to ensure compliance with discount structure and approval.
- Interface with Finance, Commercial, and Legal for any missing contract fields or unapproved non-standard terms.
- Update contract stages to Closed Won to kick off downstream order setup processes.
- Maintain agreed upon SLA’s for deal turnaround times, especially at end of month.
- Document contract rejections in Salesforce.com.
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years working with contracts and contract terms or similar experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- (Highly desired locations: NYC/Tri-state, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Portland, Boston, Chicago, Florida, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, or Houston)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience working in CaptivateIQ or similar commission processing software
- Experience working with Salesforce.com

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and the Internet
