This Production Lead will help guide the day-to-day operations of Creative Services. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of production projects, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality, on-brand output that supports the bank’s strategic business goals. The ideal candidate is both

creatively and technically inclined, accountable, and operationally strong, with a passion for driving creative innovation and excellence.

The Lead will work under the guidance of the Creative Services Production Manager and serve as the creative and strategic liaison for developing multimedia content that supports the mission, programs, and outreach efforts of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Consults with clients at every level; providing media for internal, external and system communications; carries significant responsibility for the management of creative resources, processes and programs; and manages multiple projects simultaneously. With minimal oversight, monitors quality control guidelines, maintains production scheduling/deadlines, improves service and production levels and assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving the means of production.

Assumes responsibility for creating, executing, delivering and archiving projects to stakeholders and clients. Exhibits a high degree of proficiency in production skill sets and effectively communicates strategies, conforms to organization identity standards, and demonstrates awareness of current trends in corporate production. Exemplifies standards for customer service, responsiveness, team and client collaboration. Collaborates with management, other creative professionals and stakeholders.

  • Project Management: With minimal supervision, drive creative projects from concept through completion for department, district and system-level work, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Team Support: Collaborate and communicate with the team and provide feedback, guidance and support to elevate creative output.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the creative team and internal departments to understand and communicate project goals and requirements.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and collaboration across the creative pipeline.
  • Partner with your team’s Manager to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, strategy and client/partner expectations.
  • Support the Bank’s visual design strategy for multimedia communications.
  • Consistently applies design thinking to enhance user engagement and visual impact.
  • Develop and maintain visual brand standards and ensure their consistent application across platforms and campaigns.
  • Translate complex bank and system-wide programs and policies into accessible and engaging visual content.
  • Ensure all assets meet the bank’s accessibility requirements and other applicable federal guidelines.
  • Procures, manages, maintains, and supervises the use of studio equipment, from low-end supplies to high-end equipment; server hardware and software; solutions for archiving and sharing media; and software or hardware solutions supporting the editing and production of photography, motion graphics, and/or video. Maintains supply inventories. Defines business cases and schedules for retiring and upgrading the means of production. Interact with vendors and manage the work of contractors to expand capacity and develop new solutions. Monitor and work within budgets provided by the department leadership.
