Job Description

  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and hybrid environments.
  • Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of SharePoint environments, including patches, service packs, and hotfixes.
  • Monitor SharePoint usage and performance and optimize SharePoint environments for optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve SharePoint-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan and execute SharePoint migration projects, including content migration and upgrade projects.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to streamline SharePoint administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to design and implement SharePoint solutions that meet business needs.
  • Keep up-to-date with SharePoint and related technologies and recommend new technologies and tools to improve SharePoint environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and administering SharePoint environments, including architecture, topology, security, and scalability.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint best practices and governance policies.
  • Experience in SharePoint migration and upgrade projects.
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming language is preferred C#, Python, Java, VB
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
