Steno is growing and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our winning team which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond), and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

In this role, you’ll own the full client-facing product experience at Steno — leading the vision, roadmap, and execution across generative AI tools like Transcript Genius, Steno Connect, our game-changing remote litigation platform, and the broader suite of features that power our clients' day-to-day work.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a technically adept product leader to own and shape our entire client-facing experience, including Transcript Genius as a key generative AI tool for our clients. In this role, you’ll define and execute the vision for legal professionals engaging with our platform, driving innovation and usability at scale. You’ll also lead a cross-functional dev squad, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions that improve client workflows and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, autonomous problem-solver who brings clarity to ambiguity – transforming undefined challenges into cohesive, scalable product experiences. You have a strong technical foundation, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineers while also advocating for user needs and business outcomes.

You excel at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, aligning teams around a shared vision, and making informed, data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication skills are a must, along with a hospitality mindset that enables you to lead with empathy, operate under pressure, and create seamless, intuitive experiences for our clients.

As the Product Manager for our client-facing products, including Transcript Genius, you'll drive its gen AI capabilities and overall product experience forward. You'll identify new opportunities to meaningfully improve the litigation process while maintaining our high bar for solving real problems that deliver concrete value to our users.

On a regular basis, you will: 

• Own the entire client-facing experience, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and efficient product journey.
• Lead the product strategy and execution for Transcript Genius, Steno Connect, and the Firm Dashboard, integrating them as key components of the overall client experience.
• Drive generative AI innovation across Steno’s product suite, identifying opportunities to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional squad, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and business teams while driving execution on high-impact initiatives.
