Residential Architectural Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Architectural Project Coordinator to support our residential design projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project documentation, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. This role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in architectural software, and a passion for residential design.
This role is fully onsiteSalary: $75-85k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of residential architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and team communications to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and municipal authorities to facilitate project approvals and construction processes.
• Manage permitting and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to zoning laws, building codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project records, including correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Support budget tracking, contract administration, and resource allocation for multiple residential projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years related work experience
• Strong experience with residential projects
