The Senior Manager of Information Security Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the global information security team, ensuring the protection of the organization's information assets, and maintaining a robust security posture. This role involves managing security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence. The Senior Manager will work closely with other departments to implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.

The Senior Manager of Information Security Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the global information security team, ensuring the protection of the organization's information assets, and maintaining a robust security posture. This role involves managing security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence. The Senior Manager will work closely with other departments to implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the global Information Security Operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the security operations function.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP)s.
- Ensure the effective monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents and threats.
- Manage security tools and technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, endpoint protection, and supporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain the incident response plan and procedures.
- Lead the response to security incidents, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Conduct post-incident analysis and reporting to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
