And we are always on the lookout for people who care about making a positive impact.<br/>Your Mission<br/>We are looking for a Functional Analyst Intern to join the Software Integration team. The Software Integration team’s mission is to explore, integrate and maintain best-in-class external softwares, that enable the internal teams to fulfill their mission with efficiency, productivity, and comfort. Your role will be to manage various projects and initiatives on our Bus Operations products to ensure a best-in-class experience for our passengers during their trip. You will especially contribute to our ambition to improve our passengers' NPS by communicating about delays and events and improving safety on the road. Working closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams and reporting to our Bus Operations Project Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to Product &amp; Tech challenges at one of France's fastest-growing scale-ups. <h3>Your responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Studying Tech solutions that could be put in place to answer business needs</li><li>Leading with the Project Manager the full delivery our projects including ideation, definition of solutions, translation of business needs into project specifications for development and deployment</li><li>Coordinating internal/external Tech developments and projects tasks regarding new solutions</li><li>Ensuring the run of existing solutions in coordination with all Tech teams</li></ul> <h3>Your qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>You are a Master student (gap or last year)</li><li>You have the ability to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders (esp. Operations, Engineering, Product)</li><li>You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others</li><li>You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment</li><li>You are highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>You are comfortable using English and French </li><li>Nice to have: A prior Tech and/or Project Management internship </li>If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!If you are applying to an internship, please note that having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
