As a Program Manager, you are passionate about defining disruptive products that customers love. You will plan, execute, and close programs with your team. Qualifications:

• MSc degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as Program Manager or relevant role
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful program management from early concept to product launch
• Solid technical background and business understanding, including Cloud SaaS architectures, subscription models, and deployment strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 Products and Microsoft project management tools
• Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive disruptive innovation in IoT devices and cloud SaaS solutions (E2E)
  
• Define SaaS product lifecycle requirements, including subscription management, scalability, and multi-tenant architecture
  
• Budget and plan program schedules
  
• Monitor program progress and report on deliverables to relevant stakeholders
  
• Create program risk analysis and mitigation strategy
  
• Ensure overall program deliverables meet quality standards
  
• Ensure that programs are completed on time, within budget, and make a major impact on the market
  
• Build strong relationships with external customers by engaging in meaningful, technically informed discussions to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements for the engineering team
