JOB SUMMARY
Student worker for the summer for the office of Campus ID
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing, typing, mailings, clerical, assists with supplies, data entry, receptionist, answers phone.
- Assist the Front Desk with taking pictures and printing new ID cards
- Assist in checking issue codes of ID Cards
- Filing, assist with supplies, answers phone.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, inventory, and other duties as assigned.
FEDERAL WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT
NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active/matriculated Seton Hall University undergraduate student in good standing.
- Familiarity with office procedures.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative.
Must be enrolled at least half-time for Fall 2025
