For a customer project in Germany we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.

• As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) for Artificial Intelligence, you will provide customers with functional consultation on AI and support them in the development of solutions.
• You will lead customer meetings from the creation of requirements to the writing of scope and user stories to the testing of AI solutions and take on the role of product owner.
• You will carry out various consulting assignments on-site at the client's locations.
• You will create point-of-view collaterals, blogs, insights, success stories, videos, etc. to build long-term and evolving capabilities.
• You are the functional representative of the department.
• You will work with the delivery teams to bridge functional expertise and support them in delivering technical solutions.

Qualifications

• You have at least 9 years of overall experience in technology and business functions.
• You have excellent consulting skills, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions to your client.
• You have a good understanding of technology trends in AI, generative AI, cloud, data, etc. Previous experience in these areas of technology consulting will be a plus.
• You have already conducted requirements or consulting workshops with clients.
• You have prior experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Industrial, Energy or Utilities.
• You have experience in one or more of the following roles: Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, Process Digitization, Business Transformation or Customer Experience.
• You have experience in understanding and documenting requirements for complex and technology-driven projects
• You are willing to travel for short periods of time to client workshops, requirements and system validation sessions.
• You have experience working with a variety of clients in different industries.
• You have strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
• You have the ability to multitask on multiple initiatives in a globally distributed delivery setup.
• You have very good communication skills in German and English with the ability to influence business stakeholders at C-suite level on product and strategy decisions.
