WHAT YOU’LL DO AT COASTAL
The Senior Program Manager & Process Analyst will lead the development and execution of a large, complex process improvement program and related work efforts bank wide. This role is responsible for identifying areas for improvement, conducting discovery, scoping, planning, and completing the process analysis while managing work efforts from inception through completion. The Senior Program Manager & Process Improvement Analyst will help plan and lead the cultural transformation across the bank to a continuous improvement mindset and way of working. The focus of this role is to establish and manage value streams through a people-first approach while applying process improvement expertise to use the right tools and technology to achieve expected outcomes. You will need to balance multiple competing priorities and negotiate successful outcomes for all impacted stakeholders.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT
- Oversee a portfolio of process improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with bank goals.
- Manage, design, and facilitate customer journey and process mapping sessions across value streams.
- Conduct process analysis, identify areas for improvement, establish baseline metrics, recommend solutions, prioritize, plan, and partner with business areas to implement effective and efficient solutions, and monitor for sustainability.
- Create end-to-end streamlined workflows using no-code/low-code Microsoft tools.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data, metrics, and trends to ensure the outcomes of process improvement efforts achieve expected and sustainable results.
- Lead weekly program meetings to support all process improvement efforts by gathering feedback from stakeholders, generating documentation, and initiative-taking risk mitigation.
- Maintain program governance by creating and managing large-scope project plans, business requirements, escalation paths, and following best practices.
- Grow the process improvement program by Identifying areas for improvement, promote ongoing continuous improvement.
- Follow and comply with all regulatory and compliance regulations.
- Provide internal service in accordance with Coastal Core Values.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience managing a process improvement program and acting as the process improvement analyst in a growing organization, often creating materials from scratch.
- A proven history of facilitating, creating process maps, conducting process analysis, using data to identify opportunities, implementing effective solutions, and monitoring for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to manage and grow a long-term process improvement program.
- Ability to do root cause analysis to assist in solving business and/or technology problems.
- Ability to surface gaps and escalate obstacles; partner with bank leaders to implement changes and improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Technology.
- 5-7 years demonstrated experience in process improvement roles with responsibilities, including program management, process mapping and analytics, workflow creation, and implementing solutions that improve customer and employee experiences, quality, operational efficiency, and achieve financial goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps and visual management, and program management tools and systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying process improvement efforts as part of a long-term program enterprise wide.
- Ability to optimize operational performance as a change agent, partnering with teams and individuals to set them up for success.
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. PMP optional.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite products including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint to deliver low-code/no-code solutions.
