Returns Lead

Location: Ft. Mill, SC

Work Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime/Weekends as needed.

Position Title: Returns Lead

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary:

• Oversee the Returns department.
• Direct day-to-day work.
• Report to workstation, as assigned.
• Accurately enter response code from shipping container.
• Accurately enter information from the invoice.
• Scan containers of returned product.
• Follow instructions on the computer screen.
• Differentiate between beeps and color of light to separate product.
• Accurately place product in appropriate shipping container or online to be destroyed.
• Save magazines for redistribution, as instructed.
• Remove covers, as assigned.
• Complete end-of-day report and forward invoices to department lead.
• Work in other departments, as assigned.

Computer Experience Required: Proficient in general computer applications.

Requirements:

• 1 year general warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in general computer applications.
• Requires handling of sophisticate magazines and other sensitive products as part of standard business operations.
