Global P&C Account Executive

<div>We're looking to add a Global Outbound P&amp;C Account Executive to our east coast team! This role is responsible for designing and delivering complex multinational insurance programs while leading strategy for new business and renewals across a diverse global client base. The role partners closely with internal teams and international brokers to ensure seamless execution, compliance, and exceptional client service. Ideal candidates bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a collaborative, client-first mindset aligned with IMA’s values.</div> <ul> <li>The Client Comes First</li> <li>One IMA - collaboration across all sections and functions within the company</li> <li>Diversity, Equity and Inclusion</li> <li>Expertise, Professionalism, and Results</li> <li>Personalized, boutique approach to brokering accounts of all sizes and scopes</li> </ul> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES </strong>include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Responsibility for design and implementation of Foreign and Multinational Programs and Controlled Master Programs <ul> <li>Independently and collaboratively determines a suitable timeline and strategy for new business and renewals, including data collection, submission, quote reviews, presentation, binding, invoicing, payment tracking, and execution of programs of small and large scope.</li> <li>Provide direction to Account Manager to perform assigned tasks for successful marketing and program implantation.</li> <li>Ultimately responsible for ensuring all account servicing activities by foreign brokers are performed completely, correctly and in a compliant manner.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Coordinates strategy meetings and participates in internal strategy sessions, client account review meetings, marketing meetings, and/or client proposal presentations.</li> <li>Ensure that for all account assigned, premiums, fees, and commissions are verified and reconciled. Prepare revenue statements for internal and external use as required.</li> <li>Responsibility for designing and completing client deliverables such as Global Risk Insurance Manuals and foreign policy digests on specified accounts.</li> <li>Provides input in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures, as well as operating and strategic plans within area of specialty.</li> <li>Manages the Global Account Manager to input client data in the account management systems of both IMA and external partners as needed.</li> <li>Manages Global Account Manager regarding the account review, information tracking, file documentation, and maintenance of workflow standards</li> <li>Responds to and finalizes Requests For Proposal (RFPs), due diligence reviews, program revie
