• Advanced skills in Node.js or Python, capable of building high-performance, sophisticated software systems.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a proven ability to architect robust and scalable solutions.
• Solid knowledge in database design for both SQL and NoSQL systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Extensive experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, for smooth, automated workflows.
• Solid foundation in software development principles and best practices, driving the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams, skilled at managing time zone differences and fostering smooth collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Agent Architecture, reflecting advanced technical leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor and inspire project teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with practical, innovative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple high-impact projects.

• Coordinate global team efforts, bridging onshore and offshore collaborations and ensuring seamless cross-time zone communication.
