We have three business segments at the firm – Advisory, Public &amp; Capital Markets, and Asset Management.&nbsp; With offices in New York, San Francisco, and London, LionTree serves clients across the globe.<br><br></p> <p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p> <p>We are seeking an individual to join our Public &amp; Capital Markets division, which has a multifaceted mandate across thematic research/insights, institutional investor coverage, and IPO advisory.</p> <p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>A primary responsibility will be to create editorial content that covers a wide range of topics in the media, technology, and digital economy sectors. This includes:</li> <ul> <li>Assisting in the preparation of a weekly TMT thematic report which is distributed to the firm’s top clients (public and private company executives, private equity and venture capital investors, and large institutional investors)</li> <li>Assist in other monthly and quarterly thematic content that we create and distribute</li> <li>Stay on top of key industry and sector trends</li> </ul> <li>Another primary responsibility is to help plan, support, and execute our company and sector discussions and bus tours with our institutional investor clients</li> <li>Other responsibilities include:</li> <ul> <li>Help maintain our processes, systems, and databases</li> <li>Support our IPO advisory efforts</li> <li>Interact and engage with clients, internal constituents, and senior management teams</li> <li>Participate in cross-product collaboration with banking advisory and merchant banking teams</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong><u>Requirements: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Must enjoy writing and researching and must also have strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Must have the ability to distill large amounts of information succinctly and be able to cut through the noise</li> <li>Must have a high level of attention to detail</li> <li>Must be able to meet deadlines (we publish on Friday nights)</li>
