Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring a Warehouse Associate. You will receive and process incoming inventory, as well as pick, pack, and ship orders—compensation up to $19/hour.

What You'll Be Doing as a Warehouse Associate:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Receive and process incoming inventory.
• Manage inventory within the warehouse, ensuring it is the proper location.
• Performs routine physical cycle and annual inventory counts.

What We're Looking For in a Warehouse Associate:

• Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
