About the role

The OpportunityAs a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of the talent acquisition and human resources processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative, operational, and coordination tasks that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the talent team.
This is a 6 month contract position.

What we're looking for:

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, and managing communication with candidates
  • Maintain Lever (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of job postings on various platforms
  • Generate regular reports and metrics Communication and Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and clear communication regarding recruitment related inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and other talent-related activities
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements where appropriate

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • Previous experience in Lever, BambooHR
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), G-Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
