Receptionist (Bilingual)

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a bilingual receptionist at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery in Fort Myers, FL. Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families, until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers and peace-of-mind-providers - we uphold our commitment to care in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Assist in answering customer questions and resolving any issues
• Provide information about location such as departments, offices, employees, and services offered
• Schedule Pre-Need and At-Need appointments & Cemetery Tours
• Work Hours consist of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Bilingual Spanish & English Speaking is a requirement of this position
• 6+ months of customer service or receptionist experience
• Basic computer skills, MS Word and Outlook
• Professional communication skills

Compensation

• $17-$18/hr.
