Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, this position is responsible for receiving, processing, and ensuring delivery of customer orders in their given geography in a timely manner. This position will work closely with customers, Loveland Demand Planners, Loveland manufacturing facilities, third party product suppliers, and the Loveland marketing group. The Analyst, Customer Retention and Satisfaction will also help support Loveland Propriety Product Managers, Loveland Product Managers, and Crop Production Services management with product allocations, production updates, and order fulfillment questions by performing the following duties:
What will you do:
- Receive, process, and track all orders through the order fulfillment process
- Partner with Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, Registrations, and Manufacturing to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Work closely with 3rd party suppliers and production facilities to place and track purchase orders to ensure correct and timely delivery
- Proactively assist in resolving supply and demand issues between suppliers and internal/external customers
- Generate and analyze Open Order report to ensure accurate and timely customer order information
- Track and communicate shipping and receiving information to customers as requested - Collaborate with Loveland Product Managers and CPS Purchasing Managers to help manage customer allocations
- Work closely with accounting to issue customer credits and price corrections
- Coordinate with Registrations and Marketing to ensure products are registered in the state prior to shipments
- Lead, champion, and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and SH&E standards
- Utilize and leverage available digital technologies to complete work accurately and efficiently
- Perform other related duties, as required

Compensation & Benefits:
The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.
Salary range is $64,000 to $96,000. This is the estimated salary range for the Customer Retention and Satisfaction Analyst in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
