About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of initiatives within the SaaS Fleet Governance group. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of complex programs while aligning activities with the organization’s strategic goals. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, leveraging technology for decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across SaaS deployments.

Program Management

  • Develop and implement program plans for SaaS projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Focus on achieving measurable outcomes, such as improved operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and problem resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams in Product Management, Development, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, establishing effective workflows to achieve program goals.
  • Provide program updates, insights, and recommendations in cross-team forums and executive reviews.

Program Execution and Continuous Improvement

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of programs from initiation through completion, including schedule, deliverables, and budget management.
  • Use feedback and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in program management processes.
  • Define key program metrics and KPIs, leveraging automated tools for real-time tracking and reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring program visibility and transparency.
  • Standardize practices for communicating program status, changes, and other key information to stakeholders.
  • Present program status, risks, and updates clearly to support informed decision-making.

Risk Management

  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Regularly assess program health, making proactive adjustments to address emerging challenges.

Technology and Tools Utilization

  • Use advanced project management and data analytics tools to enhance program tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Utilize collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Slack, Confluence) to improve transparency and coordination across SaaS projects.

Mentorship and Development

  • Share program management best practices and mentor junior team members.
  • Foster a culture of learning by encouraging skills development and cross-functional collaboration.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
