Overview
Contributes to the overall success of Global Banking and Markets (GBM) by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the business’s strategies and objectives. Provides support to Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities. This Executive Assistant will contribute to the overall success of GBM Internal Controls by ensuring specific individual goals/plans/initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team business strategies and objectives, ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do

Provide high level administrative support for the GBM Heads of Internal Control, U.S. Business Transformation, and U.S. Data Office, requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people

Support executives in the day to day management of their schedules by coordinating, managing and optimizing their calendars. Demonstrate ability to strategically plan workflow and projects as assigned to ensure efficiency and completion in a timely manner

Demonstrate effective time management/organizational skills and handle moderately complex problems with relative autonomy. Ensure executives are kept apprised of all projects/task status/potential issues and concerns and escalate for guidance when necessary

Coordinate travel for executives in the most cost-effective manner ensuring scheduling and individual travel requirements are met

Work collaboratively with the team in various functions as needed such as planning meetings/events, dealing with correspondence, provide support with expense/invoice processing, provide support with premises issues such as security access cards/maintenance in office/equipment issues, provide calendar support, ad hoc requests and onboarding/offboarding

Champion a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team
