Position Summary
The Operator I is responsible for manufacturing quality products according to the work order or other build signals while adhering to defined work instructions. General duties may include picking, assembling, and packaging. In some areas, minor set-up and equipment operation may be required.

Pay Transparency
The hourly range for this position is $19.00 – $20.82 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Additionally, this position is eligible for a 4.5% annual bonus opportunity.
In This Role, A Typical Day Will Look Like:
- Responsible for achieving daily production goals within the assigned cell area.
- Maintain product quality according to department standards.
- Comply with company safety policies, including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, and hand tool safety.
- Follow good housekeeping practices and maintain a clean work area.
- Cross-train on other equipment or production areas as needed.
- Assist in training new associates when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Essential Requirements of the Job Include:
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with close supervision.
- Ability to develop skills to perform basic, repetitive, and manual activities.
- Ability to use existing procedures to complete straightforward tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or operator experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
