Marketing & Communications Intern

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to assist the corporate office with various tasks on a variety of projects. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Office duties include answering the telephone and responding to general company inquiries.
• Assist with direct corporate marketing, communications, content creation, branding, proposal development and social media accounts
• Provide administrative support to management and office personnel as assigned.
• Assist with the creation of company documents/presentations and other administrative projects to include coordinating company meetings and special events and maintaining conference room schedules.
• General office responsibilities include making photocopies, scanning documents, filing, and maintaining supply inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must currently be a full-time college student pursuing an undergraduate Communications, Marketing, or related degree.

• Proficiency of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills required.
• Corporate social media experience is preferred.
• Candidate must be able to independently and effectively work with all levels of management within the organization.
• Candidate must have excellent customer service, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Position requires good attendance, and punctuality.
