Looking for a client service role where your work makes a difference for both people and pets? San Clemente Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Services Representative to join our team!

We’re a busy, six-doctor, AAHA-accredited hospital committed to providing exceptional veterinary care while utilizing low-stress handling techniques for our patients. Our Client Services Representatives are the face of our practice and play an important role in creating positive experiences for our clients, supporting our patients, and strengthening our reputation within the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple phone lines efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate with clients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Greet clients and patients and help create a welcoming experience.
  • Process payments and support accurate front-desk transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and comfortable for clients.
  • Support daily front-desk operations and overall hospital workflow.
  • Help ensure every client and patient interaction reflects the high level of service our hospital is known for.
