Remote Customer Service Advisors (Slovenian/Dutch)

<p><br/></p><p><em><strong>ManpowerGroup Greece</strong> on behalf of <strong>Dexcom</strong>, global leader in technological equipment for diabetes, is seeking to recruit energetic <strong>Remote </strong><strong>Customer Service Advisors</strong>, who will be involved in the support of foreign markets.</em></p><p><em><strong>Workplace Location</strong>: Full Remote (within Greece)</em></p><p><em><strong>Working days &amp; hours</strong>: </em><em>Monday to Friday, morning hours</em></p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Answers incoming calls, places outbound calls, and responds to emails and social media requests in a timely manner, clearly documenting all correspondence in company CRM</li> <li>Provides guidance to Dexcom Customers/Patients with regards to product offerings and e-commerce platform usage</li> <li>Provides technical support in issues related to Dexcom mobile apps, cloud software and associated hardware</li> <li>Troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to questions and concerns received from Dexcom Customers/Patients</li> <li>Utilizes salesforce.com/Genesys for incoming workload handling</li> <li>Records and analyzes customers’ feedback and derives operational measures from it</li> <li>Takes on other assigned tasks if necessary</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Fluent in both English and 2nd language (Slovenian/Dutch)</strong></li> <li> <strong>1-2 years</strong> of experience in Operations/Customer Service area (ideally in pharmaceutical industry)</li> <li>Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Office)</li> <li>Active listening and empathy towards customer’s needs</li> <li>Accountability and ability to work within a multinational team</li> <li>Experience in the use of CRM programmes (e.g. Salesforce) will be highly appreciated</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Competitive gross monthly salary</strong></li> <li><strong>Fixed monthly bonus</strong> </li> <li><strong>Permanent contract via ManpowerGroup</strong></li> <li>Company laptop and headset</li> <li>Excellent training and development opportunities within a multinational company</li> </ul><p>#Empoweringtalent #WebelieveinTalent #ManpowerGroupGreece<br/></p>
