You Have: 

• 6+ years of experience with leading teams, including managing resources, deliverables, and overseeing day to day tasks of the team

• 4+ years of experience with requirements, such as gathering, analyzing, and documenting

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology 

• Ability to ensure alignment of project objectives and client expectations

• Secret clearance 

• Bachelor's degree

  

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with utilizing JIRA to manage sprints, user stories, and a backlog of requirements

• Experience working with the DoD or Navy

• Knowledge of ServiceNow

• Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies to create To-Be process maps

• Certified Scrum Master

• PMP certification
