Servpro is a locally respected builder specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction. We are known for our attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professional integrity. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter with leadership experience to take on a dual role as Job Superintendent.

Position Overview:
This unique position blends hands-on finish carpentry with on-site management responsibilities. The right candidate is a master craftsman who can also lead a crew, coordinate subcontractors, and manage jobsite schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality finish carpentry: trim, doors, cabinetry, built-ins, etc.
  
  
• Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise small crews and subcontractors
  
  
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project vision is realized
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  
  
• Order materials and track inventory for assigned jobs
  
  
• Ensure work meets or exceeds company quality standards and building codes
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly and professionally

• Any additional trade experience is a bonus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience (custom residential preferred)
  
  
• Prior supervisory or job site management experience required
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  
  
• Comfortable with job tracking and basic documentation
  
  
• Must have own tools and valid driver's license
