Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the performance of energy audits of commercial and residential buildings,

• Participation in projects related to the optimisation of energy consumption in buildings,

• Participation in projects related to supporting clients in sustainable construction and ESG factor analysis, including the development of decarbonisation plans,

• Cooperation with a multidisciplinary sustainability team in CEE and abroad,

• Cooperation in the creation of marketing and sales materials,

• Participation in internal and external meetings
   

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working on sustainability projects, including primarily real estate energy efficiency management, energy consumption analysis or decarbonisation.

• University degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy, General Construction or other related field,

• Knowledge of ESG topics and willingness to further develop in this area,

• Knowledge of energy performance certification methodology.

• A mindset to seek new solutions and new opportunities for initiatives in commercial buildings,

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English including technical vocabulary,

• Ability to organise time effectively and work collaboratively within a team.

• Knowledge of BREEAM/LEED certification processes, CRREM methodology and carbon footprint calculation methodology will be an advantage
