Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Required qualifications/skills:

·        Minimum of a master’s degree

·        Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.

·        At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.

·        Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

·        Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.

·        3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).

·        Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.

·        Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operations.

·        Proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

·        Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operations.

·        Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management.

·        Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

·        A high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.
