The Accounting department is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures.
The Business Intelligence (BI) Executive Assistant supports the CEO by identifying data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence needs. They will work with stakeholders to turn data into actionable information that can help make business decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support reporting: Help produce monthly reports and ad-hoc requests
Maintain data: Ensure that data is being collected, stored, and analyzed correctly
Improve reporting frameworks: Maintain and enhance current reporting frameworks for enterprise-level analysis
Manipulate data: Use Excel, Tableau and other analytical software to manipulate datasets into useful reports
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience utilizing database tools (Excel) and data visualization software (Tableau)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning
- The ability to work both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Sitting at workstation for prolong periods of time. Extensive computer work. Workstation may be exposed to overhead fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Fast paced work environment. Operates office equipment including personal computer, copiers, and fax machines.
