About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst, Corporate Analytics, to join our dynamic team. This role is centered around designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards to drive reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with experience in Tableau and/or other modern data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Looker, or Sigma), along with proficiency in SQL-based data environments like Snowflake, SSMS, BigQuery, or similar platforms. The successful candidate will excel at transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards to track and report on key business metrics across sales, marketing, and services teams.
- Generate point-in-time reports and facilitate real-time analytics, ensuring the data remains accurate, timely, and relevant for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture their reporting requirements and convert them into actionable, high-impact data visualizations.
- Leverage SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to power dashboard creation and reporting.
- Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support key business initiatives, offering valuable recommendations and insights derived from data findings.
- Continuously enhance the usability and functionality of dashboards through iterative feedback and ongoing improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting, with a strong focus on Tableau and data visualization best practices.
- Deep expertise in SQL and Snowflake for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Proven track record of designing and developing advanced Tableau dashboards that adhere to best practices in data visualization.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with business teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights through data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
WHAT WOULD ALSO BE AWESOME:
- Familiarity with Sigma and/or NetSuite data for reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive analytics or machine learning (a plus).
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and other BI platforms like Domo is a plus.
