Job Description:
KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Plastics Process Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility to work on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:
• Read and follow schedule
• Ensure operators have everything needed
• Assist operators with questions regarding schedule, quality, ect..
• Mix material as needed
• Assist with color changes
• Assist with training of operators
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the department
• Material handling within the department
• Regrinding of scrap
• Clean color pails and maintain color pail area
• Make decisions regarding quality and other departmental decisions along with the Process Specialist (Seek Process Manager advice when needed)
• Largely focused on Operator training and development. Must be willing to train and teach operators.
• Provide Plastic’s Process Manager and Process Specialists with feedback regarding the operation of the shift as needed.
.Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Value Added Skills:
• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude
Physical Requirements:
• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift:
• This is a 1st Shift position
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
• Overtime during busy season
