Manufacturing Specialist

What you will do

The chosen candidate would typically be responsible for the following (but not exclusively):

• Lead planning and execution of key initiatives with cross functional teams at the production floor

• Support the AR30 manufacturing organizations in the prioritization and execution of these activities to maximize plant performance and plant capacity.

• Support the AR30 Product Teams portfolio of New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer projects by supply of specialists to complete deliverables.

• To partner with network peers on network initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of manufacturing experience OR

• Associate’s degree and 8 years of manufacturing experience OR

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of manufactruing experience OR

• Master’s degree and 2 years of manufacturing experience OR

• Doctorate degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience participating in and leading diverse teams

• Experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and management staff

A Successful Candidate will also:

• Have strong analytical/quantitative skills

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Be a self-starter with the ability to take on several projects at one time

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
