LICENSED CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Full-time, in office)
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000

As a Client Relationship Manager, you can expect to:
  • Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act!
  • Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the leader’s attention on the items that require his personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed.
  • Stay apprised of all client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the lead advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelines and what he wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with clients and prospects by phone and in person
  • Interact well with other office personnel, support associates, and other third-party affiliations
  • Maintain client and office files
  • Process new account paperwork, including preparation, transfer, and database updates
  • Maintain procedures for client service effectiveness, including but not limited to coordination and maintenance of client relationship management system and client processing system
  • Assist in client appointment preparation
