Position Overview

The Autodesk Diversity & Belonging team is seeking a passionate, strategic and impactful individual to join our team as the Senior Manager of Diversity Programs. You will guide, manage, and own the development and implementation of global strategic Diversity & Belonging programs across Autodesk. This high impact, high visibility role, reporting to the Director of Strategic Diversity Programs, acts as a trusted advisor and enabler of the Culture, Diversity, and Belonging team's overall success. We are seeking an inclusive team player who can translate high-level objectives into pragmatic and impactful solutions. This position is 100% remote and can be based in the U.S. or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Support Director of Strategic Diversity Programs in developing, managing, reporting, and communicating our Diversity & Belonging (D&B) programs strategy
  • Analyze D&B data and propose new programmatic solutions
  • Research, develop and ability to manage global strategic diversity programs
  • Develop and track success metrics
  • Ensure ongoing and timely program evaluation against key metrics and success criteria
  • Partner with members of Culture, Diversity, and Belonging teams to ensure appropriate alignment with overall enterprise goals, functional focus areas, and initiatives
  • Recommend, advise, and evaluate important partnerships, vendor solutions, or resources towards enhancing programmatic efforts and priorities.
  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day communications and updates related to strategic diversity programs
  • Proactively manage, engage, and be a trusted partner with our People Business Partner teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and key personnel within functional departments
  • Manage initiatives and provide D&B-related input.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on best practices within the Diversity, Equity, and Belonging space

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 to 7+ years program management experience, with at least 3 years in Diversity & Belonging
  • Program or project management experience
  • Operations, strategy, and budgeting expertise
  • Organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with time management skills
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of diversity best practices and expertise in employee communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on inclusivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, as well as Slack and Teams
  • Work with customized databases and technology to conduct internet research
  • Data analytics and research skills

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $139,000 and $224,950. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
