Client Solutions Manager, Securities Services – Vice President

JPMorgan’s Corporate Investment Bank Security Services organization is responsible for the management of new and incremental client business covering across the firm. 

Position Summary:

As a Vice President in the Client Solutions Manager role within JPMorgan’s Corporate Investment Bank, you will be tasked with the project management of new and incremental client business for the Securities Services organization. Your responsibilities will span across a diverse client base that includes Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Pension Funds, Banks, Broker Dealers, and Insurance Companies. Your role will involve solution and implementation activities across all Securities Services products, with the scale of activity ranging from single product implementations to large, complex deals involving multiple products and entities, and a variety of constituents.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Drive client requirements gathering process and propose and influence target solutions for the client.
• Ensure client requirements are understood and work with internal partners to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign off on solutions.
• Own and drive project activities including develop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate negotiating of client legal agreements and execute plans with robust governance and reporting.
• Actively mitigate and manage project risk by coordinating timely resolution of issues.
• Manage and motivate virtual working teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
• Lead project communication to all internal and external parties.
• Execute post implementation and production satisfaction reviews to continually improve practices.
• Effectively prioritize, track and report on all projects in the pipeline.
• Ensure all controls and procedures are complied correctly. 
• Identify potential tactical and strategic improvements to implementation processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 5+ Years in Financial Services particularly Securities Servicing Industry
• 5+ years in a client facing implementation role or commensurate experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Working knowledge of multiple Securities Services products such as Custody, Fund Accounting & Admin, Securities Lending, Hedge Fund Services and Prime Custody.
• Contribute to strategy for delivering excellent client implementation service.
• Experience working with Sales and RFP teams in pre-win phase.
• Actively represent and champion the Implementation team in the Sales cycle; participate in pitches and lead Implementation dialogue with internal partners and clients across all product discipline.
• Proactively drive internal team and department wide initiatives as agreed upon.
