Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will oversee the PTO Data Warehouse project, ensuring the successful delivery of a cloud-based data warehousing solution. This role demands a seasoned project manager with a strong IT project management background, particularly in data warehouse projects and vendor-based system implementations.

Requirements

• Oversee the entire PTO Data Warehouse project, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively across the enterprise.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, time, quality, and resource management.
• Manage project integration, scope, time, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and stakeholders effectively.
• Coordinate and manage communications and organizational change, ensuring effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Implement and adhere to the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ensure the project meets business functionality and requirements.
• Manage and resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (include Certificate #).
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, specifically data warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing concepts and tools, such as Snowflake Data Lake/Warehouse.
• Experience in integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software tools like MS Project, Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and Microfocus PPM.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of and experience with the implementation of cloud-based data warehousing concepts.
• Experience managing the development of customer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with change management processes and procedures.
