Responsible for supporting operations and processes as they relate to Program Manager clients. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the documentation framework for new and existing Programs to support management function, analyzing programs and their components to support reporting requirements and ensure business expectations for Program are accomplished. Manage operational set up of reporting and data analytics processes related to new accounts. Work with other internal functional departments to monitor specific risk aspects, following up on issues raised by the Program client, and internal reporting by each Program.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops and provides analysis on business metrics.

  • Responsible for support related to business metrics and reporting.

  • Prepare presentations and reports on an ongoing basis.

  • Special projects, other duties, and responsibilities, as requested.

  • Cultivate and exhibit subject matter expertise in assigned areas of responsibility

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze requirements resulting from new business partners, in relation to new products, changes, and regulatory requirements, and develop new processes as applicable.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to recognize inconsistencies and assess reasonableness.

  • Ability to lead projects and build cross-departmental relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to thrive in fast paced, changing environment.

  • Ability to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously and complete those projects with little supervision.

  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, motivation, passion and patience.

  • Thrive in and foster a highly collaborative work environment is essential.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to present findings and communicate key concepts to senior management.

  • Maintain a “big picture” perspective and be aware of the impact of change on both internal and external stakeholders

  • General knowledge of the insurance industry helpful

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 3 – 5 years data analysis experience preferred

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
