As a Senior Plant Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our plant operations. You will work to streamline processes, develop new operational strategies and support our departments by driving optimization and efficiency. This role requires a blend of administrative prowess, purchasing and sales enablement skills, and a knack for continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing and Engineering teams to ensure efficient coordination of tasks are completed on time by each department so plant operations are not affected.
- Assist to design and implement innovative processes and policies for continual enhancements in plant operations.
- Oversee the plant activity calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Work with Net Suite and NS Administrators to solve common issues and assist other department managers with analytics.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management experience in a custom manufacturing environment.
- Experience with production, purchasing, quality, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and sales.
- Experience in the custom vehicle industry preferred.
- Net Suite experience a plus.
- Good grasp of Kanban and Lean Manufacturing concepts and methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to lead by example with a great attitude.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
