Seasonal Customer Service - Eastwood Mall

Eastwood Mall, located in Niles, OH, is looking for seasonal part time Customer Service Center clerks for mall gift card sales. We are specifically seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, independent thinkers, with a “can-do" attitude!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for representing Eastwood Mall to customers by providing high quality, efficient service.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional physical appearance of the Customer Service Center including marketing materials, signage, displays, etc.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries and advise on the appropriate resolution.
• Provide customer assistance with regards mall gift cards, store directions, mall events, and general shopper inquiries.
• Provides support and assistance to co-workers.

Requirements:
• Good mathematical aptitude, computer literacy in applicable software, strong communication skills and must be multi-task oriented.
• Ability to learn and operate gift card issuance software.
• Ability to learn and operate a credit card and check authorization terminal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma and some experience in customer service/sales.
• Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks. The incumbent must be articulate, outgoing and present a professional, pleasant and courteous image at all times.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
