Guest Relations Associate - Ball - PRN

Working hours may fall within the following timeframes:  Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with rotating weekend shifts

Location:  Ball Memorial Hospital

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.

Must have Customer Service experience

• High School Diploma/GED required. 
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred. 
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
