About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Restaurant General Manager Sky High Bar & Lounge to join our Food & Beverage team. The Restaurant Manager will manage in all aspects of the restaurant; in particular, as related to sales, profit and the development of people.  Assists in scheduling and training new employees. We are seeking individuals with prior experience as a Bar/Lounge Manager in a high volume, high end establishment.  Prior experience in various capacities in all positions in a bar/lounge preferred. 

What you bring:

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

• We are seeking individuals with six years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume, high end establishment.  Prior experience in various capacities in all positions in a restaurant preferred.
• Strong business acumen
• A proven track record for guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in all aspects of cost control
• Ability to handle all guest complaints in a timely manner
• Strong team player skills promoting a team atmosphere through an effective management style
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
