2nd Shift: Slaughter Plant
Dept: 1692 - Ofal operator
Shift Time: 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Mon – Fri, Saturdays as needed.
Pay Rate: $ 18.50

Summary Maintains conditions in offal by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cleans the offal area.
Ensures belts and augers are turned on or off when changing trailers.
Reports any mechanical issues that may arise, such as pump failure, etc.
Assists in pumping of blood into blood tanks.
Reports to lead or supervisor changing out of trailers.
Performs various production labor duties as assigned by Supervisor.
