As a Marketing Product Ops, Senior Associate within the Commercial Banking Digital Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of various product-related processes with an agile mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and propose improvements to enhance the efficiencies of the product team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with product managers, marketing team, and stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline operational processes
- Propose improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiencies of the product team
- Work closely with product managers, marketing team and stakeholders to ensure alignment of product roadmap with business goals
- Utilize product management tools effectively and support team as needed with data input and hygiene
- Provide support for various ad hoc tasks and projects within Marketing Product domain
- Support and maintain user feedback channels
- Work closely with product managers to prioritize priorities/backlog to deliver against OKR’s
- 4+ years’ work experience in product management function
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations Management or a related field
- Understanding of agile methodologies and their application in product development
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced, and matrixed environment
- Must be flexible and able to reprioritize depending on business needs
- Product Management certification/s preferred but not required
- Agile certifications preferred but not required
- Background using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence, Algin) a plus
