The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager supporting a transportation optimization SaaS solution. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best experience while using our platform and suite of services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Our team uses our expansive industry knowledge and customer insights to continually improve the platform and collaborate internally with product, engineering, analytics, design, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues related to our transportation optimization SaaS solution.
• Ensure that clients are utilizing the platform to its full potential by providing ongoing training and support.
• Monitor client usage and identify areas where additional support or training may be needed.
• Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and document processes and procedures to support the platform development.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for both external customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment or the logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Familiarity with transportation optimization software and related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
